We work directly with the manufacturers to confirm vehicle fitment and specifications.
If we got something wrong, or you decide you don’t want the product anymore, send us an email to Admin@YourJeepGuide.com and we’ll provide some instructions along with a pre-paid shipping label.
Yep, no shipping costs either direction, that’s how we roll.
If you have already opened/installed the product:
We tackle these case-by-case. We’ve gotten these refunds done before but it’s not as easy as an un-opened return. Send us an email and we’ll do everything we can!
If you need to submit a claim/warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
The warranty offered by each manufacturer will be honored for every product we sell, so buy with confidence!

In the extremely rare case the manufacturer gives you grief regarding your warranty, please contact us immediately by emailing Admin@YourJeepGuide.com and we will assist you.
Yeah, core charges suck. But they gotta be done. Otherwise, everyone is paying an arm and a leg for brand new components every time.
Core charges work the same here as anywhere else:
- You pay for the core fee up-front
- We’ll provide you the address to send your cores to
- The manufacturer will evaluate the cores and then refund the core charge(s)
- We’ll pass that cash right back to you - ASAP!
The process can take anywhere from 14-21 days typically, starting from the date you ship your cores in.
